We don’t do returns. We don’t do refunds. We don’t do exchanges.


Why? Because we’re not Amazon — and we’re not your mom.

All sales are final. Pilot Chips are limited-run collectibles, not Target clearance items. Once you order, it’s yours — for better or worse, like a CRJ-200 upgrade.


If your bag arrives damaged, missing chips, or somehow gets lost in the Bermuda Triangle that is shipping logistics, email us at support@pilotchips.com.


We keep a tiny reserve of extra bags for emergency replacements — but if they’re gone, that’s it. We warned you.


If your dog chewed your chips, your partner “accidentally” threw them away, or you realized your ego isn’t as funny as you thought… that’s on you.
